In Trace page, you can setup the protocol trace option. This feature will be helpful when you want to trace detailed protocol messages to solve a specific problem. Trace messages are displayed on the terminal screen.

Prints version exchange, encryption/decryption algorithms, compression methods, and server/user authentication details.

Prints port forwarding information on the terminal window.

Prints the detailed process of TELNET option negotiation between Xshell and the telnet server.
