When Xlpd starts, it creates a system tray icon. Even if you close the main window, Xlpd does not exit but waits for print jobs. By selecting the tray icon menu, you can open the main window to display print jobs or to change the configuration of Xlpd if necessary.

To close Xlpd main window:

1. Click Close on the main window. RESULT: The main window disappears.

To open Xlpd main window:

1. Point to Xlpd icon in the system tray.
2. Right-click in the tray icon. RESULT: The Tray menu appears.
3. Click Open.
