To view troubleshooting information for a server

In the console tree, expand the server for which you want to view troubleshooting information.
In the console tree, click Troubleshooting.
The list of events associated with the server is displayed in the details pane.
In the Windows Media Services snap-in, click an event and then click View error details to view more information about an event in the list.
The Error Details dialog box appears with detailed information about the event.
