Informs the derived class when the media type is established for the connection.

Syntax

Parameters

direction

Pin direction.

pmt

Pointer to the media type object.

Return Value

Returns NOERROR by default. The overriding member function returns an HRESULTvalue.

Remarks

Override this member function to detect when the media type is set.

The implementations of CTransformInputPin::SetMediaTypeand CTransformOutputPin::SetMediaTypecall this member function.
