Remarks
Because Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA) devices do not contain SIM cards, CDMA devices do not support SIM Manager. Additionally, SIMInitializereturns SIM_E_NOSIM, and the rest of the SIM APIs (which are stubbed out) return SIM_E_NOTIMPL.
