The DaylightBiasproperty gets the offset in minutes added to the Biasvalue when the time zone is in daylight-saving time. For most time zones, DaylightBiashas a value of –60.

Syntax

plBias
);

Parameters

plBias

[out] Reference to the offset in minutes.

Return Value

This method returns the standard values E_INVALIDARG, E_OUTOFMEMORY, E_UNEXPECTED, and E_FAIL, as well as the following:

S_OK

The method completed successfully.

Remarks

DaylightBiasis undefined if SupportsDSTis FALSE.

DaylightBiasis not used if DaylightDateis undefined.
