Retrieves the number of input pins supported.

Syntax

virtual int GetPinCount(void);

Parameters

None.

Return Value

The default implementation returns one, because only one pin is supported. Override to support more than one pin.

Because the base renderer class is designed for single-pin operation, considerably more of the base class functionality must be changed to make a multipin renderer. Future versions of the SDK might provide this functionality.

Remarks

This member function overrides CBaseFilter::GetPinCount.
