Property of a synchronization point.

Parameters

Value specifying whether the synchronization point was set.
Return Value
Returns S_OK.
Remarks
This member function implements the IMediaSample::SetSyncPointmethod.
It sets the value of the m_dwFlagsSample_SyncPoint flag to the value of bIsSyncPoint.
A filter can begin a stream at any synchronization point.
