Retrieves the current position in terms of the total length of the media stream.

Syntax

HRESULT get_CurrentPosition(
  REFTIME* 
pllTime 
);

Parameters

pllTime

Returned start time as a doublevalue in seconds.

Return Value

Returns the HRESULTvalue returned from calling IMediaPosition::get_CurrentPositionon the connected pin.

Remarks

The start position is applied before the rate and therefore is the position at typical playback speed.
