Allows the administrator to modify the interval at which the Knowledge Consistency Checker performs a review of the topology.
By default, as long as services are running, the Knowledge Consistency Checker reviews the topology every 15 minutes and makes changes as necessary. The administrator can modify the interval at which the Knowledge Consistency Checker performs this review by changing the value of the Repl topology update period entry.
