When this entry appears in the registry, the system disables the menus and dialog boxes in the Regional Options in Control Panel so users cannot change the language while a policy is in effect.

If the language specified in this entry is not installed on the system to which this policy applies, Windows 2000 uses English (United States), that is locale 0x409.

Not all of the locales available on Windows 2000 can be used as the value this entry. Use only the Language identifier that are valid for this entry.
