Determines how long a connection using Bandwidth Allocation Protocol can remain below the minimum bandwidth use (as specified by the value of LowerBandwidthThreshold) before it is disconnected.
Note
This setting can be overridden by a remote access policy. If you have set the Capacity...for a period of option on the Multilink tab in Routing and Remote Access to a value other than 120 seconds, that setting overrides the value of this registry entry.
Windows 2000 does not add this entry to the registry. You can add it by editing the registry or by using a program that edits the registry.
