Specifies the amount of time that the server thread is idle before it notifies other print servers of its printers.
This entry allows the name of the print server to appear in the Add Printer Wizard. If the value of this entry is greater than the value of NetPrinterDecayPeriod, the printer will not appear in the printer list.
