The Wins\Partners subkey contains entries that specify the properties of the WINS server and its replication partners.
The Partners subkey contains two subkeys, Pull and Push, which store entries for pull and push operations of the WINS server.
To display and change these values, use the WINS console whenever possible. Changes to these values are effective immediately; you do not have to restart WINS or Windows 2000. To see the changes reflected in your registry editor, refresh the display.
