The DHCPServer subkey stores configuration data for the DHCP service. A Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) server is a Windows 2000 Server computer running Microsoft TCP/IP and the DHCP-compatible server software.
DHCP servers maintain a database of TCP/IP configuration information and provide that information to clients upon request.
