Stores the value of the Save Settings On Exit command on the Options menu in Program Manager. If the value of this entry is 1, changes that the user makes to the arrangement of windows and icons are saved when Windows 2000 is restarted.

If the value of NoSaveSettings is 1, the value of SaveSettings is ignored.
