Determines whether the system sends an alert to administrators of the computer when the system stops unexpectedly.
This entry stores the value of the Send an administrative alert check box in System in Control Panel.

To change the value of this entry, use System in Control Panel. Click the Advanced tab, then click the Startup and Recovery button. This value is set to 1 when the Send an administrative alert box is checked.
To make changes to this value effective, you must restart Windows 2000.
