Ultrasound has detected that the specified replica member does not have the most recent version of FRS running. A new release of FRS exists for servers running Windows Server 2003 and is described in article 823230, "Issues That Are Fixed in the Pre-Service Pack 1 Release of Ntfrs.exe" at http://support.microsoft.com/?id=823230.
Install the version of FRS described in article 823230.
