FRS event ID 13548 occurs when the specified replica member has a system clock that is plus or minus 30 minutes different from one of its replication partners. This error could be caused by the selection of an incorrect time zone on the local server or its replication partner.
This replica member cannot replicate with its partner until the system clock is corrected.
Check that the time zone and system clock are correctly set on both servers; the clocks must be within 30 minutes of each other, but preferably much closer.
