You can add your own help sub-system to this help system, which enables you to add your own notes to the help system, or details of your own processes, for example.
This help system is a modular HTML Help system. It includes an external link to an HTML help file called custom.chm. The only page in custom.chm is this one with these instructions.
If you replace custom.chm in the folder containing the LANDesk Service Desk help files, your custom information will appear at the top of the Contents tab of the LANDesk Service Desk help system.

We recommend that you design your custom.chm to look different from the rest of the topics in the LANDesk help system, so that you can see more easily which topics are yours.
