Summary

In this chapter we've explored the various Remote Tools as well as the configuration settings for the Remote Tools Client Agent. We've also explored the process for installing and initiating a Remote Tools session with a client, monitoring the session's status, and troubleshooting potential problems. In Part III we'll shift our focus to another set of SMS functions that deal more specifically with program management on client computers.
