Advanced Options Window

Each of the attributes in the Active Directory and Computers groups have additional properties controlled through the Advanced Options window. To access these options, click the Advanced link located to the right of the attribute to be altered.

The advanced options window presents the same options for each of the attributes noted above. However, each attribute stores its own values for these options. This means that the advanced options for each attribute must be individually.

The advanced options window presents three options:

•	Security Information

•	Track Changes

•	Percent of Change

Checking the Security Information box will include the size of the Security Information tables for this attribute in the database size calculation. Similarly, checking the Track Changes box will include the Track Changes tables for this attribute in the database size calculation.

The value entered in the Percent of Change box represents an estimation of the percentage of attributes changed each year. Changing this value from the default presented may increase the accuracy of the database size calculator if the new value is closer to the actual change expected for this attribute.
