Setting Global Options in the Object Picker
You can set global options for the following:
You can add multiple option settings. These settings are applied to all computers in your object set, including those found in container objects and queries.
To set NTFS options for all computers in the object set

Click Next.

To include folders, select Collect Folders and enter the folder name to match.

Click to select a filter mode of either regular expressions or wildcards, or to select a predefined common expression.
You can then further define your search criteria by entering the parameters you want, or by clicking to select from a list of the most common parameters.
For example, you can enter ^ followed by the text you want to search on. The caret symbol (^) is a regular expression that is interpreted as "Only look for shares that have names that begin with" followed by the text to search for. If you entered ^sales, the search would return all shares whose name begins with "sales". For more information on regular expressions, see Basic Regular Expression Syntax.
Using expressions and wildcards allows you to narrow the focus of the search, making it much more efficient in terms of processing and performance.

To include files, select Collect Files and either:
 
Enter the file name to match.
If you do not enter a value, all files are collected.

Click to select a filter mode of either regular expressions or wildcards, or to select a predefined common expression.
You can then further define your search criteria by entering the parameters you want, or by clicking to select from a list of the most common parameters.

Click Next.

Click Finish to return to the Object Picker.
To set Registry options for all computers in the object set

To set Shares options for all computers in the object set

Click Next.
The Share Options page is displayed. The relationship between the two fields it contains, Share Name Matches and Share Comment Matches, works as follows.
If you leave both fields blank, all shares are collected.
If you enter a value in only one of the fields, that value is used for the search criteria.
If you enter a value in both fields, the share comment value is used to further refine the search criteria. For example, if the share name you enter is "R&D" and the share comment you enter is "Europe", only shares that meet both these criteria will be collected.

Select the Exclude Administrative Shares check box if you do not want to include administrative shares.

To remove global options
