Completing
the certification
If a questionnaire has a
certification section, the attester must read the document before
the user creates a response.
To complete the certification

In Home, select the
questionnaire.

In Questionnaire Details
(Pre-Requisites), select a document.

In File Download, click
.

When finished, close the
document.

Select .
The document information
is refreshed to display the date and time the document was
opened.
