About CCS Assets Applied to a questionnaire for evidence

You can customize a questionnaire by adding Control Compliance Suite (CCS) assets in user-defined properties. The limitation to add assets is based on the CCS permissions.

In a workgroup environment, CCS asset groups are not supported.

You must have the following requirements to associate an asset group to a questionnaire:

Assets must already exist in CCS
Permissions to access the assets has been granted
Active Directory domain accounts must be used
Kerberos must be used for authentication to let users view the assets in CCS
Internet Explorer must use the current logon credentials

The current logon credentials must have the permissions to view assets in the assets location to create exceptions, if needed. The users may not need to see the assets, but the user must have permissions to view the assets in CCS. The permission to view the assets lets you generate evidence for each asset that is applied to the question.
