Overview

The importance of efficient monitoring cannot be over emphasized. Various monitoring solutions have been in existence for some time now but not until the arrival of MOM has a solution been developed that covers the range of software that MOM does, that organizations need! The days of guaranteeing 99.9 percent uptime on paper only are over; customers (be it internal or external) demand a high level of uptime for their systems. Like a production line, companies are beginning to formulate figures for how much money they lose if their systems go down; the importance of uptime continues to grow.
