The Remove command removes applications from the
Pocket PC that were installed via Install. The application name
must be the same as that used in the Install command. Any
applications that have been installed via ActiveSync can be removed
by the Agent for Pocket PC using this command, as well as
applications that were installed by the Agent for Pocket PC.
This command has the following format:
Note: Using the Remove command to uninstall
applications has a visible effect on the managed Pocket PC. All
open programs will be closed and the Pocket PC will appear to have
been reset when this command executes. This is due to the behavior
of the Windows CE utilities that perform this function. It does not
prevent the Agent for Pocket PC from completing its tasks and
reporting status back to the Configuration Server.
