Before you install the Agent for Pocket PC, you can set values for agent settings. The values are used when you install the agent on Pocket PC handheld devices. This is particularly useful for setting the IP address of the Configuration Server for every managed device.
To set default values for settings in the Agent for Pocket PC prior to installation:
Open the <drive>:\Program Files\Symantec\LiveState Delivery\PocketPC\Agent Manager directory on a computer that has an ActiveSync connection with the managed Pocket PC device.
From the Windows Explorer, double-click
AgentMgr.exe.
The Symantec LiveState Delivery Agent Manager
for Pocket PC screen appears.
Click Edit Defaults.
Edit the property settings and save the file.
