Using the Reports tab (Vault management properties)

Use the Vault Management Properties global Reports tab to configure the following items:

The values configured on this tab are propagated to the Reports tab of each profile. You can override the values you configure on this tab for any report on any profile.

To change report properties

  1. Double-click a report.

  2. In the Change Report Properties dialog, select options and enter information as necessary.

    If you change a title, the new title apears on the Reports tab and in the Report Type list box when you view Vault reports in the Administration Console.

    If you consolidate your reports and also change titles, use the same title for all profiles whose reports are consolidated. The title is printed on the reports and appears in the email subject line if you email the reports.
