Edit Server List dialog box

Use this dialog box to add or remove servers from the list of servers you can select for backup, archive, or restore operations. The list must include the master server and any media servers that perform scheduled backups of the client.

Observe the following when you add or remove servers:

Adding servers

If you add a server name, it must be a NetBackup server.

If you add a new server, it appears in the list for all currently open windows and in any new window that is opened. The new server is saved in the list after the current window is closed.

Removing servers

You cannot remove the master server that the NetBackup administrator configured.

Do not remove any remote media servers, or scheduled backups may not occur.
