Normally, NetBackup is configured during installation so you can restore backups to your client computer. Therefore, you should not have to specify servers for Backup, Archive, and Restore to function properly for normal restores.

You must specify all NetBackup master and media servers that perform backups of your client computer. Master servers manage the backup, archive, and restore operations. Media servers control the storage devices that contain the backup images.
