If the message "The provided location might not exist or you may not have sufficient privileges to access it" is displayed when you try to download a file, you may not have sufficient privileges to access the file. In this case, do one of the following:
· Check that the download Destination folderas specified in the Settings dialog box is not read‑only.
· Check that the download Destination folderis not a system folder, which may have restricted access.
· Try changing the download Destination folder to a location on another disk. If you do this, you will need to restart the download. See How do I change the location of where the file is downloaded to my computer? for more information.
· Check with your administrator that you have sufficient privileges.
