Firewall settings

If "There was a problem accessing the file you want to download" or "There was a problem downloading the file" is displayed, there may be a problem with your firewall settings. If you see these messages and have ruled out Internet connection problems, check your firewall software is set to allow Download Manager to work and try to download the file again.
