Server Windows

The server window defines the time in which the computers that belong to the server can perform activities. By default the server window is open 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. You can set the time of the server window on a weekly basis. For example, if you set the server window to be open from 18:00 to 24:00 on Mondays and Fridays, then the window is open every Monday and Friday at the same time. Server Window times are according to the time on the Configuration Server.

In order for activities to occur on specific computers, the computer window on the computer must also be open at the same time as the server window. If the windows do not intersect, then the computer activities wait until the two window times overlap.

Note: The server windows you set here are independent of the Replication Server Windows you set on the Replication Servers.
