The Windows® Internet Explorer® Customization Wizard 8 enables you to control the user experience of Internet Explorer Setup. However, you can also control the setup process by using Internet Explorer 8 commands or IExpress. IExpress.exe is a wizard and a command-line tool that comes with Windows XP, Windows Server 2003, Windows Vista®, and Windows Server 2008. You can use IExpress to package installation files and create instructions for the extraction of these files.
