General tab

Table: Exchange mailbox policy General tab settings lists the settings on the General tab. These settings provide a name and description for the policy, and set the indexing level for the group of mailboxes to which the policy is assigned.

Searching content for phrases is only available with full indexing. You can set a default indexing level for the entire site in site properties.
