Controls whether the client shows the Vault Cache setup
wizard.
The setup wizard does the following:

Summarizes what Vault Cache does and what is about to
happen.

Asks whether to include items from the Deleted Items folder in
the Vault Cache.
The default is not to include deleted items, and you can use
to
change the setting or prevent the wizard from asking this
question.

Asks whether the user wants to start a download automatically
after the initial scan has finished. The default is to start the
download.
If the wizard is turned off, Vault Cache waits for the amount of
time that is specified in and then automatically begins looking for items to
download.
