If the IIS virtual directory settings are wrong, users do not see the Web page. The default URL for the Web Access application is ; the name of the Web Access application virtual directory in IIS.
Check the Web Access application settings on the General tab of the Site Properties dialog box in the Administration Console. The protocol and port shown must match the protocol and port set for the default web site in IIS which contains the virtual directory.
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
