Services stop because of low system resources

When the Administration service detects that your system is low on resources, it stops Enterprise Vault services residing on that system. Occasionally, this may result in additional events being logged. The comment in the log states that the service could not be stopped in a timely manner. Before restarting the service, ensure that all processes associated with the stopped service have been terminated. For the Indexing service, these are the IndexBroker and IndexServer processes.

To check the status of the processes, right-click the Windows taskbar and then, on the context menu, select Task Manager.
