If either EnableMailboxMessage.msg or DisableMailboxMessage.msg is missing, you receive one of the following messages in the Enterprise Vault event log:

Error whilst enabling mailbox for user 
/o=org/ou=unit/cn=name/cn=mailboxname, error sending enabled 
message

Possible Reason:

The message file could not be found.

Error whilst disabling mailbox for user 
/o=org/ou=unit/cn=name/cn=mailboxname, error sending enabled 
message

Possible Reason:

The message file could not be found.

The solution is to copy the appropriate file to the Enterprise Vault installation folder (normally C:\Program Files\Enterprise Vault).
