Description
Controls the connection to use when the client contacts the Enterprise Vault Web server.
This setting is used when the user connects directly to Exchange Server 2003.
A direct connection is always used for the following:
When the user has an Exchange Server 2007 mailbox.
When the user is accessing an Exchange Server 2003 mailbox through an Exchange Server 2007 Client Access server.
Supported values
Use proxy (default). Use the Enterprise Vault proxy.
Direct. Connect directly to the Enterprise Vault Web server.
