. Select this to update all journal mailboxes. This option also finds mailboxes that were created since the last automatic update.
. This presents you with a list of the journal mailboxes so that you can select the ones to synchronize. Note that mailboxes created since the last automatic update do not appear in this list. If the mailbox you want does not appear in the list, select , which does find new mailboxes.
. This synchronizes the policy settings from Site Properties and the configuration settings. Select this if, for example, you have changed which buttons and menu options are displayed by the Enterprise Vault clients for Outlook and Mac OS X. For more details, see the "Configuring Clients" chapter in the Administrator's Guide.
. This synchronizes the properties of the mailbox and also the access permissions. Select this if, for example, you have modified a mailbox property, such as Display name.
Click to start the update. If you are updating a single mailbox's details, you are presented with a list of mailboxes from which to select one.
