Domino Mailbox Policy Properties: Advanced

The list shows various tuning settings. These settings are applied by any task that uses the policy you are editing. You can create another policy if you require more than one version of these settings.

If you change any Desktop settings then, to make your changes take effect, either synchronize mailbox details manually, or wait until the next run of the Domino Mailbox Archiving task.

List settings from. Controls the type of setting that is shown in the list. Select the type of setting you want; depending on the policy type, some settings may not be available.
- Archiving General. Settings that control archiving behavior.

Reset All. This returns all the settings in the list to their default values. There is a confirmation prompt that asks if you are sure you want to reset all the values.
Modify. Displays the Modify dialog, which enables you to change the value for the selected setting. You can also display the Modify dialog by double-clicking the value.

On the Modify dialog:
- Enter or select a new value, or click Reset to return the setting to its default value.
- Then click OK to return to the Advanced tab. Alternatively, click Cancel to cancel any changes you made to the setting.
