No. Select this if you do not want PST Migrator to create mailbox shortcuts to items that it archives.
Yes, create shortcuts in the PST. Select this to make PST Migrator create shortcuts to items that it migrates, leaving the shortcuts in the original PST files.

Restrictions:
- This option is not available if you have selected Delete the PST file on the Post Migration tab.
- This option does not apply to client-driven migrations. You cannot choose to leave shortcuts in the PST file for client-driven migrations.

Yes, create shortcuts in the associated mailboxes

Shortcuts will be created under:

The root folder. The highest-level folders in the PST file are placed at the same level as the mailbox's Inbox.

This folder under the root folder. PST Migrator creates a new folder at the same level as the Inbox folder, using the name you specify here.

Merge folder structures. Select this to make PST Migrator combine the folder structure of an imported PST with the existing folder structure. For example, the contents of the PST files' Inbox folders is combined.

Note:

If you have specified that the root folder of the mailbox is to correspond to the root folder of the PST file, the PST folder structure is merged with the mailbox structure. For example, all Inbox items are placed in the mailbox's Inbox.

Disable Outlook AutoArchive. Select this to turn off Outlook's automatic archiving in each mailbox. This stops Outlook automatically archiving items to PST files.
Adjust Exchange quotas. Select this to make PST Migrator increase Exchange Server quotas by the amount required to add the shortcuts. Note that, even if you Select this, PST Migrator does not modify Exchange Server quotas if a user's mailbox has Use mailbox store default set.

PST Migrator changes each of the following quotas, as required, provided that it is already enabled in the user's mailbox: Warning, Prohibit send, and Prohibit send and receive.

Restrict shortcuts by age. Enables you to specify that shortcuts are created only for newer items. This can be useful if, for example, you are importing items that are several years old and do not want to create shortcuts to them.
