These settings enable you to set whether Enterprise Vault menu options are visible to end users from the Enterprise Vault Lotus Notes client.
The check box controls whether a feature is available as a menu option on the Lotus Notes client.
: Controls whether users can search for archived items by showing or hiding the 'Enterprise Vault Search' menu option.
: Controls whether users can store archived items manually by showing or hiding the 'Enterprise Vault Store' and 'Enterprise Vault Cancel' menu options.
: Controls whether users can restore archived items by showing or hiding the 'Enterprise Vault Restore' menu option.
: Controls whether users can delete archived items and their corresponding shortcuts by showing or hiding the 'Enterprise Vault Delete' menu option.
The Notes Behavior settings allow you to control aspects of the behavior of the Lotus Notes client.
. This setting controls what happens when the user deletes a shortcut from the Notes client. This setting is ignored and the shortcut is deleted unless the site setting is selected.
. The shortcut is deleted. If users hold down the shift key while they perform the deletion, the item is deleted without being placed in Deleted Items.
. The user is informed that both the shortcut and the archived item will be deleted. If the user chooses to continue, both the shortcut and the corresponding archived item are deleted.
. Ask the user whether to delete the original item and the shortcut, or the shortcut alone.
