before Enterprise Vault 8.0 SP3.

From Enterprise Vault 8.0
SP3 onwards the default values of the data collection parameters
for some reports were changed, to improve data scan performance.

before the upgrade, Enterprise Vault retains your value.

supplied value.
You can change the values
of these parameters in the Enterprise Vault Directory database.
