Printing a policy from the Web Portal

The Web Portal home page displays a list of all published policies applicable to the currently logged on user. You can print a policy using the Web Portal home page.

The following items are included in the printed policy:

Policy name
Policy content
Page number
Time and date the policy was printed

To print a policy

Go to the Web Portal home page using the following URL:

http://servername/CCS_Web
In the Web Portal home page, under Policies, click the policy that you want to print .
Do one of the following:
- Click File > Print.
- Right-click, then click Print.
