You can copy a predefined
role or a custom role to create a new role. You can make the
required changes to the name and description.
To modify the tasks that
are associated with a custom role, you must select Edit Role on the taskbar.
To copy a role

Go to Settings > Roles
view.

In the Roles view, select
the role that you want to copy.

On the taskbar , click
.

In the Copy Role View dialog box, type a unique name for
the new role.

Change the description of
the role.

Click to save.
