Deleting a computer group deletes the group from the CCM Command Center, but does not delete the computers that are members of the group from the CCM database.
To delete a computer group:
In the Scope pane, expand Computers.
Right-click the name of the group you want to delete, and choose Delete Computer Group.
Click OK to confirm the deletion.
The computer group is deleted from the CCM Command Center.
