Install Windows Server 2008 R2

• For Windows Server 2008 Offloaded iSCSI method of OS installation, supply the bxvbd.inf, bnxnd.inf, and bxios.inf files.
• For Windows Server 2008 Non-offloaded iSCSI method of OS installation, supply the bxvbd.inf and bxnd.inf files.
